By accessing and using WanzieSend, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
WanzieSend provides a WhatsApp Cloud API messaging platform that enables businesses to send bulk messages, manage campaigns, and communicate with their customers through WhatsApp Business API.
ServiceDescription
WanzieSend offers WhatsApp messaging services including but not limited to:
• Bulk WhatsApp message sending and campaign management
• WhatsApp Business API integration
• Message analytics and delivery tracking
• Contact management and segmentation
• Template message creation and approval workflows
UserResponsibilities
As a user of WanzieSend, you agree to:
• Comply with all WhatsApp Business API policies and guidelines
• Only send messages to users who have opted in to receive communications
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Provide accurate business information and contact details
ProhibitedActivities
You may not use WanzieSend to:
• Send unsolicited messages or spam to WhatsApp users
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
PaymentandBilling
WanzieSend operates on a subscription and usage-based pricing model. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account according to the pricing plan you selected.
Message costs are calculated based on WhatsApp's conversation-based pricing model. Additional charges may apply for premium features and high-volume messaging.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances.
DataandPrivacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your use of WanzieSend is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit through our platform. We only use your data to provide and improve our services.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.
ServiceModifications
WanzieSend reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
LimitationofLiability
WanzieSend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to message delivery failures, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or WhatsApp's policies without prior notice.
